Welcome and Opening Remarks

Rachael Boone,  Host and Founder

As we traverse the vast expanse of the global marketplace, one undeniable truth emerges: we are in the midst of a remarkable evolution. At the heart of this transformation are women and their steadfast allies, spearheading powerful changes that are reshaping the very fabric of our workplaces.

Women are boldly ascending into leadership roles, championing equitable policies, and igniting innovation across diverse sectors. Their endeavors not only challenge age-old business paradigms but also cultivate inclusive environments that celebrate a tapestry of perspectives.

These shifts extend beyond mere benefits for women; they enhance the overall productivity and creativity within organizations. By embracing this wave of change, businesses are poised to adeptly navigate the intricate dynamics of the modern economy, forging a resilient workforce ready to confront future challenges.
At this year’s immersive conference, our focus sharpens, empowering us as frontline leaders to engage in constructive dialogues about the future of work and to drive solutions that will prepare us for the workplace of 2030.

I’m looking forward to the Evolution we will experience together this year!

SHE Who Reclaims Her Power

Main Stage

Workplace trauma, workload, pressure, and the constant noise of daily distractions can quietly chip away at your confidence, resilience, and sense of purpose, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, fragmented, and “checked out.” Balancing the demands of home, children, relationships, and careers often force you to show up at half your potential—running on empty, battling burnout, and feeling disconnected from the powerful, authentic leader within.

SHE Who Shows Up Present and Harmonizing

Main Stage: TBA

Mindfulness. Be you and be present. Lack of focus. Too often, we are distracted by what is going on at home, with our children, relationships, marriages, and being focused becomes a challenge. Therefore, causing us to completely check-out and bring 50% of yourself causing a lack of engagement.  This breakout will teach you to some tools on being present and not masking who you are.   Learn from a licensed therapist who will share best practices and techniques.

Hear from men who support women who lead, and what have they learned/taught to make it work?   For women to fully evolve, thrive, and lead in the workplace, men must play a vital role as allies, mentors, and advocates. Male allyship is not about diminishing one group for the benefit of another—it’s about creating a workplace culture where everyone can succeed together. This session explores the importance of men actively supporting and empowering women to break barriers, shatter stereotypes, and lead with confidence.
