As we traverse the vast expanse of the global marketplace, one undeniable truth emerges: we are in the midst of a remarkable evolution. At the heart of this transformation are women and their steadfast allies, spearheading powerful changes that are reshaping the very fabric of our workplaces.
Women are boldly ascending into leadership roles, championing equitable policies, and igniting innovation across diverse sectors. Their endeavors not only challenge age-old business paradigms but also cultivate inclusive environments that celebrate a tapestry of perspectives.

Mindfulness. Be you and be present. Lack of focus. Too often, we are distracted by what is going on at home, with our children, relationships, marriages, and being focused becomes a challenge. Therefore, causing us to completely check-out and bring 50% of yourself causing a lack of engagement. This breakout will teach you to some tools on being present and not masking who you are.
